Brief History
VCF is a relatively new entrant in the boutique consulting space and can be characterized as
an early-stage company. VCF was incorporated in May 2005 and is based in Brampton,
Ontario, Canada. VCF is a privately held, Canadian controlled corporation, and was created
with the following business philosophy in mind:
